PseudoPipe is a homology-based computational pipeline that searches a mammalian genome and identifies pseudogene sequences.
- Pipeline Predictions on human genome and other Eukaryotic genomes
- Pipeline Predictions in plants: In order to run PseudoPipe on the available plant genomes from Ensembl Plants please use the updated fetch file to download the input data and then follow the instructions for the pipeline installation and execution. Example Arabidopsis-thaliana pseudogenes.
- Source code: The source code for a stand-alone version of PseudoPipe is available here . Software dependencies (fasta and blast) are available to dowload from here . This software is distributed under the Appache 2.0 license.
- README: This is an instruction file for pipeline installation and execution.
